Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unopened condition
- In the original packaging
- Undamaged and unused
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:
- Opened Paint Containers: Emulsion paint, Masonry paint, Exterior paint, Interior paint, Decking paint, Fence paint, Door paint, Floor paint, Furniture paint, Metal & wood paint
- Used Decorating Tools: Brushes, rollers, dust sheets, and other decorating tools
- Opened Chemical Products: Glues & adhesives, fillers, damp & anti-mould paint
- Custom Mixed Paints: All bespoke colour matches including Dulux, Farrow & Ball, Hammerite, Leyland Trade, and Cuprinol custom colours
Returns & Exchanges Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before returning any items, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 2: Complete Return Request Form

Step 3: Package Your Items
Once you receive your RMA number:
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging
- Include the original receipt or packing slip
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
Recommended Shipping: We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Method

Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments
- If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
